Motivation and happiness are things that evolve with us, so here goes a little bit of information about what motivates me and brings me happiness 🌸

One thing is truly self discovery, with its ups and downs. I am an adventurous person and I personally believe that happiness comes in part from knowledge and discovery: this is why I want to travel as much as possible and discover new places, cultures, environments, foods, smells, and of course faces.
Happiness truly is only real when shared!

I’m also happy discovering and tapping into spirituality; conversation and communication are a big part 🫀🧠
I am resilient. Because I think life should always win, life is stronger than anything, and hardships are only further proof that the only thing one should fear is fear itself.

I never want death and destruction to be my enemies, because they make happiness, rebuilding, blooming and growing worth the while. What makes me happy is understanding and therefore seeking what happiness means to me 🕊, and I realized happiness is humble, and can be obvious when we let go of everything we think we own, everything we think we know, everything we think we can’t do (this sounds so cliché but you feel me, right 🐣)

For me, yoga has been truly life-changing. It has helped me manage a lot of hardships and it enabled me to connect with my body, my mind, and spirit in a way that I never thought was possible.
Through daily practice, I have developed a deep sense of inner peace, self-awareness, and compassion towards myself and others. ♥️I want to be surrounded by people and get to know them. I practice yoga on a daily basis and I have been teaching for a year. Yoga has healed me in so many ways by understanding how connected my mind and body can be, all of this through simply breathing and moving, basically existing 🧘♀️

One of the most rewarding aspects of my yoga journey has been teaching. Teaching yoga has given me the opportunity to share my passion for this transformative practice with others and create strong bonds with my students. It’s true what they say: teaching is the best way to learn. 🧚🏼♀️
Through teaching, I have been able to deepen my understanding of yoga and its many benefits. I have learned how to adapt my teaching style to meet the unique needs of each student and create a safe, welcoming space for everyone who comes to my classes.
Teaching yoga has allowed me to connect with people on a deeper level. There is something incredibly powerful about sharing a practice that has the potential to change someone’s life. I have seen my students grow stronger, more flexible, and more confident with each class, and it’s an amazing feeling to know that I played a small role in their journey.

It’s beautiful to see how a shared love of yoga can bring people from all walks of life together and create a sense of community and belonging.
Yoga is union!

So for me, practicing and teaching yoga go hand in hand. I am and will always be a student. I learn a lot from students as well as other instructors and practitioners. My goal is to guide others through this ancient traditional practice by making it more accessible in the modern world we live in while always respecting the tradition. I feel incredibly grateful to be able to share this practice with others. 🧘♀️Also, I am passionate about the french language, its literature and words in general (put together into art).

I really believe that sometimes, you need to take one step back to take two steps forward.
🍁 I am definitely easy-going, active, and energetic 🧜🏼‍♀️
I believe in traveling light, materially and spiritually!
I believe in turning the other cheek, letting go of anger, bitterness and greed.
I am always growing (phew!) and growing is hard but so fun.
Life has a way of giving back, I believe (I hope hahaha!)
I have faith in life and want to take leaps of faith 🧚🏼♀️
